According to journalists, Shell has already run out of gasoline, and diesel fuel will only last for a couple of days. Moreover, coffee in vending machines has run out, and food supplies are running low, as there are no deliveries from mainland Ukraine. A similar situation is observed at other gas stations.

Local fuel traders admit that today the storage facilities for light petroleum products are almost empty. According to Lenur Settarov, director of the fuel and energy complex "Sovremennik", the company is trying to negotiate with an offshore company from Feodosia. If the negotiations fail, the fuel trader plans to bring gasoline from mainland Ukraine, albeit at a higher cost.

However, the Russian Minister of Energy does not see a problem in providing fuel to the peninsula. "Here we see no problems at all. There are oil depots on the peninsula, the largest of which is located in Feodosia. The population and industry of Crimea consume about 200 thousand tons of gasoline and about 200 thousand tons of diesel fuel per year. Russian refineries produce such an amount of diesel fuel in one day," he stated.

Recall that earlier Autoportal wrote that over the weekend fuel prices in Ukraine increased by an average of 12 kopecks.
