The artist based his work on the classic 969, which was produced by the Lutsk Automobile Plant from 1996 to 2002. As seen in the pictures, the car has "retained" its characteristic square body with angular shapes, short overhangs, and high ground clearance. At the same time, modern elements have appeared, such as full LED lighting, hidden door handles, frameless windows, cameras instead of mirrors, and "aerodynamic" wheels. Also, on the rear fenders, there are hatches with a charging port – meaning this SUV is also an electric vehicle.

Overall, the new LuAZ project bears a resemblance to the sensational new product from Tesla – the Cybertruck pickup (even the color is the same – like unpainted steel).

As for the interior, the designer showed only the dashboard: it is made in the form of a curved pipe, on which there is a steering wheel with a built-in multimedia screen and a compact glove box.

The artist also made sure that the electric LuAZ has two versions – they are symbolically named Gorod and Selo.

It should be noted that the Lutsk Automobile Plant ceased production of cars 15 years ago. So, in reality, one should not count on the revival of the cult SUV. But the same Tesla Cybertruck should soon become a production car: according to the latest data, its production will begin in 2022.
