The electric car is called Seres SF5 Free Expedition Edition. It is a mid-size crossover (length is 4.7 m, width – 1.93 m, height – 1.62 m, wheelbase – 2.87 m) with a rather expressive design, somewhat reminiscent of another electric SUV – Ford Mustang Mach-E.

The Seres SF5 is based on the Huawei DriveOne chassis, which is a single module of seven key components of the "electric car": control unit, motors, reducer, current converter, onboard charger, power distribution unit, and battery control unit. The new electric crossover has two motors – together they produce 350 hp and accelerate the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds. As for the range, it is an impressive 1000 km. However, the figures are given according to the outdated NEDC cycle, so in reality the Seres SF5 will travel 700-850 km. Still, it should be noted that this is a good indicator.

Also, the equipment of the first Hyuawei electric car includes a partial autopilot: the system can independently maneuver on the highway, park, and stop in case of an obstacle.

In China, the electric car can be bought for 40.2 thousand dollars, but the developers have not yet announced the date of the new product's appearance in showrooms.
