In China, dealers have received the five-door Changan Lumin Plus, which is 3.5 m long. Sales are planned for November 2026, but the price of the new model has not yet been announced: the $7340 figure refers to the three-door Lumin at the start of sales in 2022. This is reported by CarNewsChina.
Changan Lumin Plus: longer body and rear doors

The Plus version is 245 mm longer than the three-door model, which made it possible to increase legroom for rear passengers. The hatchback's dimensions are 3515 × 1715 × 1545 mm, and the wheelbase is 2200 mm.
The electric car has retained its round headlights and large lower air intake. Among the differences of the five-door version: separate rear doors, conventional exterior handles and black body pillars.

The interior features a central touchscreen and a digital instrument panel. The transmission selector is located behind the steering wheel, and the window switches are moved to the central tunnel. The rear seats fold in equal sections, creating a flat surface.
Lumin Plus range: up to 301 km under the CLTC cycle

The hatchback is equipped with a single electric motor producing 35 kW, or about 47 hp. The claimed range, depending on the version, is 205–301 km under the Chinese CLTC cycle. The source does not specify the battery capacity.
The arrival of the larger version comes amid falling demand for the Lumin. From January to September 2026, 38,064 cars were delivered to customers in China, which is 69.4% less than a year earlier. Total deliveries of the model in the domestic market have reached 552,599 vehicles.
