The first electric Cadillac is built on a new General Motors platform developed specifically for electric cars.

Traction is provided by an innovative Ultium battery with a capacity of 100 kWh, which provides a range of about 483 km. Thanks to the thoughtful placement of the battery, the crossover has a low center of gravity and excellent weight distribution across the axles. The manufacturer has not yet disclosed the power and dynamic characteristics of the Lyriq.
The interior of the electric car boasts a 33-inch screen with the highest pixel density in the automotive industry. The display shows more than a billion colors, which is 64 times more than all competitors.

The electric crossover also comes with advanced Super Cruise cruise control with automatic lane change function, a remote-controlled automatic parking system, and an AKG Studio audio system with 19 speakers and noise cancellation function.
It is expected that the fully production version of the Cadillac Lyriq will debut in 2021 and will lead the company's future line of electric cars.
