The electric car based on the Hunter is named MWM Spartan. Initially, several versions of the model with traction batteries ranging from 56 to 90 kWh were developed, but in the end, the Czechs decided to limit themselves to only one option with a 56 kWh battery. It turned out that the more "long-range" versions of the SUV are not of much interest to potential customers, who are quite satisfied with the basic range of 200 km.
The electric UAZ Hunter is equipped with the standard plug-in all-wheel drive with a reduction gear for this model. Sales of the unusual electric vehicle will start in the third quarter of this year. The first versions turned out to be right-hand drive and are obviously intended for the UK.
