The design of the Cullinan is in line with the corporate style and impresses with its monumentality. The crossover is 5341 mm long, 2164 mm wide, and 1835 mm high. The wheelbase stretches to 3295 mm.

The model is based on the aluminum Architecture of Luxury platform, created using elements from the flagship Phantom sedan.

The interior partially resembles the Phantom's cabin, but overall looks quite original. Depending on the version, the cabin seats four or five passengers.

The trunk volume also depends on the modification and ranges from 526 to 600 liters. Additionally, in the lower part of the split tailgate, there is a small table and a pair of seats hidden.

Under the hood of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, as expected, is a twin-turbo V12 6.75 engine producing 571 hp and 850 Nm. The manufacturer has not disclosed the acceleration time to 100 km/h; however, no one expects record acceleration from a crossover weighing 2660 kg. The top speed is traditionally limited to 250 km/h. Average fuel consumption is 15 L/100 km.

All versions of the Cullinan are equipped with all-wheel drive, 22-inch wheels, and adaptive air suspension that adapts to road conditions and provides excellent ride smoothness, called by the British "Magic Carpet Ride."
Prices for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan crossover, as well as the start date of sales, have not yet been announced.
