The new "hydrogen car" surpasses its predecessor Tucson FCEV in all technical indicators, including dimensions. The Nexo stretches 4.67 m in length, while the width and height of the crossover are 1.86 and 1.63 m respectively. The wheelbase is 2.79 m.

The model is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain supplemented by a traction battery, which together produce 163 hp and 394 Nm. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes about 10 seconds, and the claimed range is 560-600 km.
In addition to the "eco-motor", the Hyundai Nexo boasts the Remote Smart Parking Assist function, with which the "hydrogen car" can park itself without a driver behind the wheel.

Furthermore, the Nexo is equipped with a highway autopilot that combines Lane Following Assist and Highway Driving systems, which keeps the car in its lane and monitors distance at speeds up to 145 km/h.
The package also includes the Blind-spot View Monitor function, which displays the image from rear cameras on the monitor and helps avoid blind spots.

Sales of the hydrogen crossover Hyundai Nexo are expected to start before the end of the year, but the manufacturer has not yet announced which countries' markets the innovative model will enter.
