According to the results of 2017, the ratio of new and used passenger cars in the primary market is 59 to 41%, respectively.

The greatest demand in the past year was for cars of European origin, among which Renault holds the leading position, having been at the top of the monthly ratings seven times during the year. The annual result of this French brand is 10,451 cars, most of which were accounted for by the Megane model (7,816 units). In second place in the annual rating are Volkswagen cars, which were the leader 6 times in 2017. 10,068 cars of this German brand were registered, with the most popular model being Passat (4,688 units). Skoda cars, which steadily held third place throughout the year, were registered in the amount of 6,768 units. The bestseller of this brand was Octavia (3,638 units). The fourth position throughout the year was occupied by Opel, with a total of 4,494 used Opels registered. Within this brand, the Opel Astra model (1,902 units) was most often noted in registrations. Nissan, despite weakening its position towards the end of the year (in November and December – seventh place), managed to stay in the top five with an indicator of 2,924 cars. Most of the registered used Nissans are the Leaf electric car (2,008 units).
