The freshly updated 308 is easy to recognize by its modified radiator grille — now the signature lion has moved onto it from the hood. The update also affected the front and rear bumpers, as well as the headlights.
The main technical update is a new diesel engine with a displacement of one and a half liters, developing 130 horsepower. At the same time, a more powerful 180-horsepower diesel remains available, paired with a fresh 8-speed automatic transmission.
The French brand has promised to reveal more details about the new model, including interior photos not yet shown, a bit later.
