The German manufacturer managed to preserve the features and concept shared with its corporate relative, the Touareg.

But in the cabin, changes are immediately visible: now there is a less massive center console and a more elegant dashboard.

The car's restyling can be called major, as it involves a switch to the MLB Evo platform. This allows saving approximately 360 kg. The engines will remain the same as in the previous version.

There will also be a non-standard version — the Q7 e-Tron, which will get a 3.0-liter diesel V6 and an electric motor.

Sales of the new Audi Q7 are scheduled to start in the first half of 2015.
