Deputies extended the deadline for legalizing cars with European license plates

The relevant amendment was included in the draft law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services" (No. 8371).

Thanks to this, the period during which penalties are not applied to owners of cars with foreign registration was increased from 180 to 270 days.

It is worth recalling that previously the law stated that concessions in administrative liability for such car owners are valid until May 23. Now the opportunity to clear customs and register a car in Ukraine remains until August 24.
