Earlier, AutoPortal.ua reported on the appearance of a new type of fuel designated as B95. This fuel will contain up to 8.6% bioethanol. Drivers should know: such fuel is safe for powertrains if the vehicle came off the assembly line no earlier than 2000.

Ukraine is gradually adopting the experience that has long been used in Europe, the United States, and many other countries. The use of bioethanol allows both reducing the cost of gasoline production and cutting harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

For car owners, the situation looks like this: the usual A-95 gasoline is not disappearing anywhere, but a new brand, B95, will also appear on sale. The corresponding labeling will be placed on information boards at gas stations or on stickers on fuel dispensers.

Will the fuel become cheaper? This will depend on the pace of increasing bioethanol production volumes by domestic enterprises.
