As stated on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the new service will be available in the Electronic Driver's Cabinet system or on the Diia unified state portal of electronic services. The seller and buyer authorize on one of the online platforms, after which they fill out a contract (of course, in electronic form) and send it for processing. Then the document is checked by employees of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to the relevant registers.
If the decision is positive, the buyer and seller only need to affix electronic signatures. Then the contract will be considered valid.
It should be noted that this is not the only digital introduction for motorists by the authorities recently. Earlier it became known that it will also be possible to clear a car through customs via the Internet. Also, from now on, service centers provide services for an electronic passport.
