According to the Ukrautoprom association, Ukrainians registered 582 passenger electric cars and 41 commercial ones. As before, 90% of these vehicles are used, and in the commercial segment only two electric cars were new.
The market leader has not changed – it is again the Nissan Leaf (180 cars sold). Second place goes to the Tesla Model 3 (69 units), and third to the Chevrolet Bolt (40).
The most popular electric cars in Ukraine:
- Nissan Leaf – 180 cars sold;
- Tesla Model 3 – 69;
- Chevrolet Bolt – 40;
- Tesla Model S – 30;
- Renault Kangoo Z.E. – 28.
In total, in the first half of 2021, 3.6 thousand electric cars underwent their first registration in Ukraine – 3.5% more than a year earlier.
