An announcement has appeared on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: «Due to delays in the supply of blank products from the State Enterprise "Printing Combine "Ukraine", there may be a temporary suspension of administrative services for registration/re-registration of vehicles and issuance of driver's licenses».
Motorists are advised to monitor information about the operation of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the availability of forms in a particular region on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and on the pages of regional divisions.
By the way, recently it has become possible to register a car in Ukraine not only at a service center, but also directly at a car dealership. For now, this service is only available when purchasing new cars.
