The program allows you to record traffic violations with your smartphone camera and send the recordings to the police. Those who send videos are promised full confidentiality.

Since mid-2020, the service has been operating in pilot mode, and it has already been downloaded by 16,000 Ukrainian citizens. Now, law enforcement officers have begun using the submitted materials as evidence and holding drivers accountable. In accordance with the law "On Citizens' Appeals," the police are obliged to accept a report of an offense and notify the sender of the measures taken within 30 days.
For example, Yuriy Yushchenko, deputy head of the patrol police department in Brovary, noted that thanks to this service, significantly more traffic violations are being recorded. Offenders are invited to the station and shown the recording — in most cases, they admit their guilt and agree to pay the fine.
