Due to the Government's decision to extend the nationwide quarantine until April 24 inclusive, the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers maintain a quarantine mode of operation with a limited list of services provided.
In parallel with this, the list of provided services has been expanded: now it is possible to register new trucks, buses, trailers and semi-trailers that are used in the operation of critical infrastructure facilities — for example, hospitals, utilities, pharmaceutical companies and the like.
Starting March 27, 2020, duty service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will begin accepting applications for state registration of such new vehicles via electronic communication channels.
