The volume of primary registrations of used cars in the country has reached a historical maximum.

Compared to August last year, interest in imported used cars has almost doubled.

Among imported used cars, Volkswagen maintains its leadership. Last month, 1,544 such cars were registered. This figure exceeds the brand's August result last year by 65%.

The second position is held by Renault — 1,354 used cars, which is 47% more than a year ago.

The third place goes to Skoda with a result of 1,002 used cars. Over the year, demand for this brand has increased by 64%.

In fourth place is Ford — 717 Ukrainians chose used cars of this brand, which is three times higher than the August 2017 figure.

Nissan closes the top five in the primary market — 602 cars per month.

From January to August, 61.9 thousand passenger cars previously used abroad received Ukrainian registration. This is 86% more than in the same period last year. Their share in the primary market has already reached 63%.
