The vast majority of electric vehicles registered in Ukraine in the first seven months of 2018 — 84% — were imported from abroad and had mileage.
Most often, Ukrainian drivers chose the Nissan Leaf. This model accounted for almost two-thirds of the electric car market in January-July. During this time, 1,621 cars of this brand were transferred to Ukrainian plates.
The second line of the ranking was taken by the BMW i3, which was chosen by 182 buyers.
The third place went to the Tesla Model S — 123 people purchased it.
The list of the most popular electric vehicles also included: Mercedes-Benz B Electric Drive — 78 units; Smart Fortwo — 69 units; Tesla Model X — 57 units; Kia Soul EV — 53 units; Volkswagen e-Golf — 52 units; Toyota RAV-4 EV — 46 units; Fiat 500e — 37 units.
