The most popular was a crossover from Korea — KIA Sportage. This car was chosen by 2,225 people, which gave it more than five percent of the new passenger car market.
The second place was taken by Renault Logan. Since the beginning of the year, this model has received 1,668 registration numbers.
The third place in the list went to Skoda Octavia, which sold 1,430 units.
The fourth position was occupied by Renault Duster — 1,367 units.
The top five is closed by another compact crossover, Toyota RAV-4, with a result of 1,245 cars.
The top ten most popular cars for January–July 2017 also included Toyota Corolla — 1,086 units, Hyundai Tucson — 1,006, Nissan Qashqai — 909, Volkswagen Tiguan — 866, and Ford Fiesta — 859.
