Starting from September 1, Oliver Stefani will be responsible for the design of Skoda cars, having previously held the position of head of exterior design for Volkswagen brand models.
53-year-old Oliver Stefani started working at the Volkswagen Group in 2002. During this time, he participated in the design of a number of models, including up!, Polo, Jetta, Tiguan and the current-generation Golf, as well as contributed to the development of the I.D. family of electric concept cars.
The previous head of Skoda's design department, Josef Kaban, moved to BMW in February of this year.
