The Volvo S60 Polestar is equipped with a two-liter turbo engine from the T6 version, whose power was increased to 367 hp during serious modifications, and torque was increased to 470 Nm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed Geartronic automatic transmission.
A similar powertrain is installed on the racing Volvo S60 Polestar TC1, which competes in the FIA WTCC series.
Acceleration to 100 km/h takes the all-wheel-drive sedan 4.7 seconds. The top speed is limited to 250 km/h, although the engine clearly allows significantly exceeding this figure.
In addition to the engine, Polestar engineers worked on the chassis, braking system, and also changed the steering settings.
Externally, the sporty modification can be recognized by the signature bright blue color, aerodynamic body kit, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, new seats with developed lateral support and stitching in the body color are installed, and carbon fiber trim and metal pedal covers have been added.
The price of the Volvo S60 Polestar is 65 thousand euros. The dealership "Volvo Car – Kyiv Airport" is already accepting orders for the "hot" new product. The first ultra-fast sedan to arrive in Ukraine has already found its happy owner.
