Plug-In Ukraine 2016 became a notable event for the industry and significantly influenced the development of the electric transport market in Ukraine. "We didn't even expect such great interest in Plug-In Ukraine 2016!" says Iryna Nosar, the exhibition manager. "Despite having only three months for preparation, we managed to cover almost all players in the country's personal electric transport market and present a full range of charging devices of Ukrainian production. Even during the preparatory work, we noticed an active demand for electric transport among people. The Facebook community was especially indicative, quickly spreading information — before the exhibition started, it reached over 66,000 users. Plug-In Ukraine clearly demonstrated that Ukraine is ready for electric transport and created a solid foundation for the growth of this market."

In a pavilion with an area of over 1,400 square meters, exhibitors showed electric cars, electric motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, electric bicycles, gyroboards, golf carts, charging stations, batteries, motors, controllers, and various accessories (cables, adapters, etc.), as well as conditions for crediting, insurance, leasing, rental, and trade-in.
