Ukravto, which is the undisputed leader in the new passenger car market, has launched a new enterprise — Universal Motors Group. This structure will focus on providing services in the segment of used cars.

The main goal that the newly created company sets for itself is the formation of a transparent and legal market for used cars in Ukraine. They strive for the relationship between seller and buyer to be built on civilized principles. The updated legislation, which recently came into force, opens up new opportunities for this segment, allowing trade to move from spontaneous lots to modern and convenient showrooms. This step marks another milestone in the development of the domestic automotive industry.

To achieve this goal, the company has identified several key priorities for itself:

  • Offering a high-quality product — we are talking about cars that were purchased legally. They are not burdened with loans or lawsuits, have a clear usage history, are technically sound, and their owner is the company itself.

The formation of the offer for the AvtoHIT project comes from several sources. Among them is the UkrAVTO customer base, which has over one million active contacts. Cars from large corporate partners, such as AVIS and ALD Automotive, are also used. In addition, this list includes company cars belonging to the corporation and cars from test drive fleets.

  • Ensuring after-sales service, which provides for the possibility of exchange, return, and further technical maintenance.

When buying a used car at AvtoHIT, the client gets the right to return it or exchange it for another within 14 days. This condition is standard and is fixed in the purchase and sale agreement. By the end of this year, the company also plans to launch bonus programs and assistance packages for its customers.

  • Creating a service network — by the end of the year, it is planned to open service centers equipped with comfortable customer zones in the largest cities of Ukraine.
  • Professional staff — consultants who have significant work experience and are able to quickly select and provide the necessary service efficiently.
