That is why the network of filling stations «OKKO» initiated the campaign «Honest Refueling», the purpose of which is to publicly declare that its success is based on such values. They can become the foundation of success for the whole country.
«Today we feel that responsible business can be a generator of large-scale positive changes in society, which is why we are coming up with this initiative, – says the president of the network of filling stations «OKKO» Vitaliy Antonov. – If we take the top 10 countries with the lowest corruption index and the top 10 countries with the highest prosperity index, the lists will be almost identical. That is, success and honesty are interrelated things. Therefore, the recipe for the Ukrainian dream is simple: an honest state – honest business – honest citizens. But it will only work when all three links are strong. The campaign «Honest Refueling» is our signal from the business side of readiness for transparency and openness in our activities».

Within the framework of the campaign «Honest Refueling», the network «OKKO» talks about the key business values that allow it to work effectively and develop in the Ukrainian market: fuel quality, filling accuracy and tax payment. In particular, the company has been operating in fuel retail for 17 years, having invested more than 1 billion USD in the state economy during this time. In addition, «OKKO» is one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine – in 2015, the company paid more than 6 billion UAH in taxes to budgets of all levels.
For millions of its customers, the network «OKKO» provides fuel and services of the highest proven quality. The control system in the network is built in such a way that underfilling and the ingress of low-quality petroleum products at «OKKO» filling stations are technically impossible. In addition, the company actively supports the efforts of the state and public activists to combat low-quality and counterfeit products in the Ukrainian fuel market, advocates for the improvement of tax tender legislation in this area and for the creation of equal competitive conditions for all honest market operators.
