As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, from midnight on January 16, the reduction in prices for gasoline and diesel fuel has started.
Already on Saturday morning, the gas station networks «Ukrnafta», «Sentosa», «Avias», «Mavex», ANP and «Marshal» reduced the price of gasoline by 50 kopecks, and diesel fuel by 1.5 hryvnias per liter.
The ministry explained that this step was the result of agreements reached by oil traders during a meeting.
«There is a possibility that in the coming days other market participants will follow this trend, responding to the fall in world oil prices», the ministry noted.
