In Luhansk, those who call themselves militiamen have banned the movement of public transport and private cars within the city limits.
Earlier, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Valery Bolotov, had already introduced restrictions on vehicle movement.
In the LPR, the extension of restrictions is explained by the fact that not all sabotage groups in Luhansk have been neutralized yet, so the movement of automobile and other ground transport is prohibited within the city.
The restriction will be in effect until July 25, 2014, but it is quite possible that it will be extended again.
