The point of the demonstration is as follows: when metal is cooled to the temperature of liquid nitrogen (minus 195 degrees Celsius), it loses its strength and becomes brittle. If you pour such a compound over a lock, intruders can knock it off and steal the car.

During the demonstration, the lock was dipped in liquid nitrogen, after which they tried to break it with a hammer and chisel.

As the tests showed, with sufficient force, Construct locks also yield to destruction.

The organizers of the presentation failed to do this, but one of the spectators watching the process managed to pull off such a trick.

It should be admitted that the lock performed well: it did not fall apart, but only cracked. This is visible in the photos:
