He reported that in total, 2,313,730 administrative protocols on traffic violations have already been issued, of which 1,952,301 have already been paid.
In total, 118 automatic traffic violation recording systems are already operating on the roads of Ukraine. By the end of the year, their number is planned to be increased to 200, and in total, over a thousand cameras should be installed.
Oleksiy Biloshytskyi emphasized that automatic traffic violation cameras in Ukraine appear on particularly accident-prone road sections where the most road users have died and been injured in accidents. In the places where they are installed, the accident rate and mortality have decreased threefold.
