The police found out that Sergey Stakhov was driving without a license, and during the conversation suspected him of being intoxicated. The incident with the comedian happened almost a month ago, but the video appeared online only yesterday.
The Comedy Club resident claimed that all his car documents were stolen, and then "everything will be decided in court." He also tried to lock himself in the car, and then resisted arrest. Upon arrival at the medical facility, Stakhov refused to take tests.
