According to meteorologists' forecasts, during the day of November 18 and the night of November 19, icy conditions are expected in some places in the central regions and Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The formation of an ice crust on roads is also likely in Kyiv and in the south of the country.
Drivers in Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Odesa oblasts should pay attention to anti-fogging agents for windows, as heavy precipitation is forecast there.
