This was reported by the acting Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yuriy Boyko. Fuel supply disruptions began recently due to congestion on Ukraine's main highways.
Today the situation is stabilizing, and fuel reserves are sufficient to meet the needs of motorists for at least three weeks. There are about 200 thousand tons of gasoline and 400 thousand tons of diesel in reserve.
Boyko appealed to motorists not to create panic at gas stations, and to the Ukrainian State Automobile Inspectorate - to facilitate as much as possible the movement of fuel tankers on those road sections where congestion has formed.
