In Kyiv, the confrontation has entered a new phase — the parties have begun to use firearms, which is why the central part of the city has become a high-risk zone. The capital's State Automobile Inspectorate appeals to motorists with an urgent request to refrain from trips to the city, if possible, and to wait for the situation to normalize.
The SAI urges drivers to follow recommendations, remain calm, and not provoke law enforcement officers into forceful actions: "SAI officers are doing everything possible to ensure road safety. However, due to the escalation of the situation, there is a risk to the safe movement of citizens."
