Jeffrey Payette, the US Ambassador to Ukraine, was seen yesterday, February 18, in an unusual role as a traffic controller at one of Kyiv's complex intersections.
The American ambassador very skillfully managed traffic at the intersection of Artema and Studentska streets. At the nearest crossroads, where Artema intersects with Chornovola, traffic police officers were on duty — they, obviously, immediately noticed an experienced traffic controller in Jeffrey and were in no hurry to offer him their help.
Having dealt with the traffic jam, Pyatt returned to his car and left the scene.
