The experiment was conducted by bloggers from the German YouTube channel TopSpeedGermany – they have already tested more than one car on the autobahn this way. Now it was the turn of the Audi A6 C5 – in Ukraine, such Audi station wagons are especially popular on euro plates.
For the test, they took the version with a 2.7-liter turbocharged petrol V6 producing 250 hp and Quattro all-wheel drive. By the way, the car's mileage is 226,500 km.
The Audi A6 Avant reached a maximum of 243 km/h and even overtook a Porsche 911 GT3 along the way, although it wasn't without issues. At 160 km/h, the Check engine light came on, though no problems were noted. The ABS of the station wagon did turn out to be faulty, but fortunately, everything ended well.
