The thing is, this particular Bentley S2 was built by special order for the Kennedy family. Moreover, the names of the first owners are even engraved on a plaque inside the car's cabin.

Decades later, the Bentley S2 ended up in Odessa. Its current owner restored the car and spent $25,000 on it. Now the Bentley is priced at about $150,000.

The Bentley S2 was produced from 1959 to 1963, with a total of 1,863 cars built. It is the first model of the British brand with a V8: the 6.2-liter engine develops about 200 hp (the exact power was not published then, they just wrote "sufficient") and works in conjunction with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The top speed is 185 km/h.

The interior trim uses leather and wood. The Bentley S2's equipment includes air conditioning and power windows.

By the way, on OldCarLand you can also see a luxurious Soviet minibus that impressed Americans and a Zaporozhets of the first series with a very atypical engine start system.
