From mid-June to July, Avtotor workers will be able to go to strawberry picking, from July to August - blueberries, and in August and September - apples. There is also an option to work at a construction site - employees of the plant, which previously produced BMW and KIA, were offered to try themselves as general laborers at the construction site of the residential complex 'Avtotor-Park'.

The plant went on a corporate vacation, from which it was supposed to return on May 23, but this never happened.
In early May, Avtotor decided to support workers during the crisis by giving out land for vegetable gardens. Each interested employee was given a plot of 10 ares where they can grow fruits and vegetables.
