These temporary changes in service standards are introduced to reduce customer contact with items used in the preparation of hot drinks.
The chain also emphasizes the need for preventive measures. The restrooms at the gas stations have everything needed for thorough hand washing, antiseptics are regularly placed at checkout areas, and all surfaces and door handles are treated more often with special compounds.
