A la minute establishments have introduced new combo sets that make ordering first and second courses more profitable — they can now be taken as ready-made sets.
New items have been added to the menu: meatball soup with parmesan, carrot cream soup with salmon, wild rice with oyster mushrooms, and chicken sausages baked in apple cider. The establishment has not abandoned its approaches to preparing meat dishes but has significantly expanded the selection of dishes. In addition, four restaurants in the chain now offer premium-quality Ribeye steak. At the A la minute Grill format establishment, located at a gas station near the Lviv–Krakowets highway (near the village of Riasne-Ruske), grilled ribs are also offered — a dish considered a classic among meat connoisseurs.
Pasta Mia is currently presenting visitors with six new pizza options. Among them are the classic Capricciosa and the spicy Diavola with chili pepper. The new menu also features four new types of pasta that should appeal to fans of Italian cuisine, as well as new items among appetizers, main courses, and salads.
In total, OKKO's structure includes 35 restaurants. The first establishment under the A la minute brand, which initiated the chain's restaurant business direction, was opened in 2007 at a gas station in Skole (Lviv region).
In 2015, the company launched its first Pan-Asian restaurant Meiwei in Kyiv. Later, the chain expanded beyond gas station complexes by opening its first city establishment Meiwei. Now there are two such restaurants in the capital — at Rusanivskyi Boulevard, 1A and at Velyka Vasylkivska Street, 23 — as well as a food court in the Gulliver shopping mall.
