AIS operates as an automotive market operator, covering both new and used cars. The company is engaged in the sale of vehicles, their maintenance, and the sale of spare parts. The range includes passenger cars, commercial and freight transport, buses, and since this year, also tractors and agricultural units. The trade and service network covers all regions of Ukraine.

Cooperation is carried out with the largest automakers in Europe and Asia. AIS, having appeared almost simultaneously with Ukraine's independence, is among the few national structures created from scratch, without using privatized assets of the former USSR. Over 26 years of operation, the company has sold about 450,000 vehicles, of which 150,000 were Ukrainian-assembled. The customer base exceeds half a million drivers. Various social and charitable initiatives have also been implemented.

The AIS Group was one of the first in Ukraine to introduce car loans for the population, a trade-in program, and entered the used car market.

Key results of 2018 include:

- signing an agreement with OJSC "Minsk Tractor Works" and starting sales of Belarus tractors;

- signing a contract with OJSC "Gomselmash" on cooperation regarding Polesie combines;

- launching a mobile service for agricultural firms and farms;

- starting operations in the electric vehicle segment;

- receiving the "Best Citroen Dealer" award;

- introducing the "insurance guarantee" service for buyers of used cars;

- organizing the production of new models of freight equipment ordered by AIS (dump trucks, garbage trucks, fuel tankers);

- opening a number of new sales outlets and service centers;

- presenting a new version of the OPEL ambulance.

The holding and its partners provide jobs for several thousand people across the country.

The company has received numerous awards from partners, including the title of best global distributor and best dealer in Ukraine, as well as state awards.

Upcoming plans include:

- expanding the dealer network and opening new facilities;

- launching sales of Polesie combines;

- releasing new models of freight and agricultural machinery.

The AIS Group intends to bring new brands and models of trucks and tractors to the market.

The used car sales business will receive more active development.
