Chefs of the OKKO network currently prepare about 200 thousand set lunches monthly for corporate clients. By the end of the year, the company plans to increase this volume by at least a fifth.

“During the first year of work in the corporate catering segment, we realized that this direction has good prospects, although it is associated with considerable difficulties. For each new enterprise, we have to build work processes from scratch, taking into account the specifics of a particular facility. There are many details here — from the availability and size of the kitchen to the staff work schedule, regional food preferences, and individual customer wishes,” comments Andriy Yanchuk, head of the restaurant direction of the OKKO network. “However, the fact that our clients, expanding their business in Ukraine, continue to contact us indicates that we are successfully coping with these tasks.”

It is worth noting that among OKKO's corporate catering clients are already such enterprises as “Electrokontakt Ukraine”, “Fujikura Automotive Ukraine” and the hypermarket chain “Auchan”. The scale of cooperation with them is constantly expanding. For example, initially OKKO provided lunches only to one plant of “Fujikura Automotive Ukraine” in Lviv, but after the launch of new production in Vinnytsia region, the company concluded a contract for the supply of lunches for the employees of this facility as well.

Relations with “Electrokontakt Ukraine” developed similarly. At first, the OKKO restaurant division served one plant of the company in Lviv region, and now two new enterprises have been added — in Zolochiv and Peremyshliany. OKKO's partnership in corporate catering with Auchan also began from Lviv, and now it covers 13 hypermarkets of this chain across the country.

Within the corporate project, OKKO restaurants not only prepare balanced and varied lunches, but can also set up a serving line directly on the customer's premises. If such an opportunity is technically absent, dishes are delivered in convenient lunch boxes. At the client's request, food delivery can be organized in two or three shifts.

Thanks to the corporate catering service from OKKO, thousands of Ukrainian employees receive more convenience and comfort at their workplaces. At the same time, the OKKO network itself has already created more than 200 new job positions for this direction.
