We officially declare: this information is not true.
We reiterate that the dealer network of the AIS Group of Companies in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was sold back in early 2014. Since then, the company has not conducted any economic or commercial activity in the ARC — neither car sales, nor parts supply, nor service station services. Organizations currently operating in Crimea, including those using the AIS brand without permission, have no relation to us and are not connected with us.
In the spring of 2014, the dealer centers of the AIS Group in Donetsk and Luhansk — along with property, documentation, and goods — were seized by unknown armed individuals. We officially notified the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine about this. Since that moment, we have lost control over these facilities and do not conduct any activity in these cities.
Regarding the materials published on the internet about the real estate where the AIS dealer network previously operated in the occupied territories, we draw attention to the following:
1) The extracts from the registers of property owners in the ARC, screenshots of which are provided, are dated to the period before 2014, that is, before the start of the occupation.
2) The mentioned legal entity in Donetsk has no relation to the AIS Group and has never been part of it before. There is also manipulation of facts about employees residing in the occupied territory.
3) Thousands of other property owners — both legal entities and individuals — in the occupied territories remain registered in the state registers of Ukraine, but this does not mean that they conduct any activity there.
We regard the publication of false information about the AIS Group of Companies by dishonest online media as a "black" PR campaign. Given recent events, we believe that the customer of this campaign may be structures attempting to carry out a raider takeover of the AIS Group of Companies — which we have already officially stated earlier.
