The second position in the ranking was taken by AIS Citroen Center from Kyiv. The evaluation of dealers' work was carried out according to several criteria: fulfillment of the car sales plan, sales growth rates, market share in their region, level of customer service during purchase, and compliance with sales standards.
In addition, Citroen AIS Poltava and Kyiv AIS Citroen Center were recognized as the best in the nomination "Quality of Customer Service".
AIS Citroen Center (Kyiv) became the absolute leader in terms of sales volume of CITROЁN cars in Ukraine in 2017 — both in the overall standings and separately in the retail and corporate segments. Over 12 months of 2017, this dealer sold 355 cars, which is 2.5 times more than the previous year's figure.
In total, CITROЁN dealerships that are part of the AIS Group of Companies sold 764 cars in 2017 — twice as many as a year earlier. The overall result of CITROЁN for the year was 1,630 cars sold, growth compared to the previous year reached 46%, and the market share increased from 1.6% to 1.9%.
The AIS Group of Companies represents CITROЁN in Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Cherkasy, and Zhytomyr. All dealerships operate in the 3S format (sales, service, spare parts), and in most cities there is a separate area for the premium DS line. Dealers offer both passenger and commercial CITROЁN vehicles, and also serve corporate clients under the privileged Citroёn Business Center program.
Over the years of cooperation between the AIS Group of Companies and Peugeot Citroen Ukraine LLC, AIS dealerships in different cities have repeatedly been awarded the "Best Dealer" award — for car sales, work with corporate clients, and service maintenance.
In the near future, the AIS Group of Companies plans to open a new CITROЁN dealership in Chernihiv.
