The reconstruction of the specified facility is being carried out by the developer and the land plot lessee on legal grounds. This is confirmed by valid construction permits, including urban development conditions and restrictions, project documentation, the conclusion of the state expert review, and a permit to perform the works. To date, no official decisions have been made by the competent authorities to revoke these documents.

Thus, talk about the illegality of the development seems artificially fueled by interested parties who deliberately and unlawfully escalate tension among residents, the developer, PJSC "Concern Galnaftogaz", and local authorities, destabilizing the situation in the city. Such provocations, which have escalated into unlawful actions, in our opinion, deserve an appropriate legal assessment by law enforcement agencies.

"Concern Galnaftogaz" has been operating openly and transparently on the Ukrainian market for almost two decades. During this time, the company has provided 10,000 jobs and invested about 1 billion dollars into the country's economy. Developing its network of gas stations, the enterprise attracts foreign investment, including from the International Finance Corporation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. These institutions, in turn, constantly monitor the company's compliance with technical and environmental standards during the construction and operation of filling stations, as well as the implementation of modern technologies.

The company notes that similar artificially created conflicts across the country hinder the inflow of foreign capital from international organizations and hit the state's economy. This is a common problem for society, which business and authorities need to solve together.
