«AIS Market» is an automobile company specializing in the purchase and sale of used cars, part of the AIS Group of Companies, one of the first in Ukraine to start providing this service for buyers of used cars as well.
Now every buyer of a used car in the retail network of the AIS Group of Companies becomes a participant in the assistance service program and receives a full package of informational, consulting, and organizational services in the event of unforeseen situations on the road.
Information services provided under the assistance service:
- Information about the location, addresses, and phone numbers of service stations, gas stations, tow truck services, taxi services, police, hotels, medical institutions, insurance companies, etc.
- Consultations in case of breakdown: technical consultation regarding the specifics of vehicle operation (with the help of an authorized representative of the service station), scheduling a service station visit for routine maintenance or repairs.
- Transmission of urgent messages from the Client (fax, SMS, e-mail).
- Search for necessary information on the Internet.
- Assistance during travel in unfamiliar areas.
Consultations in case of an accident:
- Procedure at the accident scene, legal support.
- General procedure for contacting the insurance company.
- Procedure for document processing.
- Information about the location and phone numbers of emergency services.
- Doctor consultations by phone.
Organizational services provided under the assistance service:
1. In case of vehicle breakdown:
- Calling the technical assistance service (the technical assistance vehicle is delivered to the location of the Client's vehicle breakdown free of charge, while other expenses (cost of delivered fuel, materials, spare parts) are paid by the vehicle owner);
- Wheel replacement (if the Client has a spare);
- Fuel delivery;
- Battery charging;*
- Towing from the roadway;
- Warming up door and trunk locks, emergency door opening (paid by the Client);
- Calling and free evacuation of the vehicle by tow truck*.
2. In case of an accident:
- Calling the police;
- Calling the rescue service, calling an ambulance;
- Calling an emergency commissioner;
- Calling a tow truck;
- Arranging inpatient treatment;
- Calling and involving other organizations at the Client's request (the services of these organizations are paid by the Client at their own expense).
3. Services in case of vehicle breakdown or accident during travel (organization is provided free of charge, while the service itself is paid by the Client):
- Finding and booking a hotel room;
- Calling a taxi.
Services are provided around the clock. The service period is 12 months from the date of vehicle purchase. Services apply to vehicles up to 9 years old inclusive.

* The service of evacuating the Client's vehicle is provided free of charge throughout Ukraine by AIS in cases where independent movement of the vehicle is impossible; evacuation is carried out to the nearest AIS service station; the service is provided free of charge once during the contract period. The battery charging service is provided free of charge once during the contract period.
