These are the results of the annual National rating of corporate reputation management quality "Reputation ACTIVISTS", organized by the publication "Business" for the third time. The OKKO network has once again confirmed its status as a leader in the fuel retail category, as it did a year earlier.
According to the head of the communications department of the OKKO network, Alexander Shevelev, the company has implemented a model of reputational thinking that allows employees to evaluate work processes in terms of their impact on the image. This applies not only to office staff and management, but also to gas station workers, since they largely shape the impression of service and corporate values.
To determine the leaders of the rating, a special methodology was created that involves calculating a total score based on five criteria: reputation stability, CSR image capital, media activity, innovativeness, and crisis management. In its segment, OKKO outperformed competitors in each of these areas.
Participants in the study were assessed by authoritative experts — market analysts, business journalists, and representatives of specialized business associations. As noted by the head of the rating's organizing committee, vice president of the Ukrainian PR League Elena Derevyanko, all involved specialists were independent: they had no ties to the corporate sector or conflicts of interest that could affect the voting results.
