Here, at the end of October, equipment was installed on which cafe zone chefs can prepare pasta in just a few minutes according to the client's preferences. All you need to do is choose the type of pasta, sauce, and additional ingredients, and then you can simply enjoy the process of quickly preparing your order. In the future, the project will be scaled to a number of other flow filling stations of OKKO.

Guests are offered a choice of 2 types of pasta – spaghetti and penne, 3 types of additional ingredients – with ham and bacon, with chicken and broccoli with green peas, or with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Then you can also choose one of the sauces – Napoli (made from fresh tomatoes and tomatoes in their own juice with the addition of aromatic herbs) or Alfredo – a white creamy sauce, which, in addition to delicate cream, also includes 2 types of cheese, Italian herbs, and dried garlic. Finally, each portion is decorated with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

A feature of the new equipment for quick pasta preparation in the cafe at the filling station is that all components of the dish are placed on an open assembly line, so the visitor can visually see what each product looks like and, therefore, better assess which type of pasta they would like to enjoy more. The order is prepared quickly, within 2.5-3 minutes. The finished dish is served in branded cup-plates with cutlery, making it equally convenient to take with you on the road or eat directly in the cafe.

“It is worth noting that our pasta is cooked on wok pans, which allows us to preserve the maximum of nutrients in vegetables and other ingredients that make up the dish,” says Oksana Dzhus, head of the cafe management of the OKKO chain. “We are confident that the new culinary experiment will become another additional advantage for customers and a reason to plan their route through a tasty filling station.”
