It has been three years since Volkswagen started preparing a large seven-seat crossover for production. Back in 2013 at the Detroit Auto Show, the company showed the six-seat CrossBlue crossover, which was very large: almost 5 meters long and more than two meters wide. In July of the following year, the crossover was approved for serial production. At that time, it was finally confirmed that the car would be seven-seat. But only now has the pre-production car appeared in front of camera lenses.

Presumably, the new model will be called Teramont. Judging by the badge, its engine lineup will include a V6 engine. Most likely, under the hood will be a 3.6-liter gasoline engine with 280 hp. The main sales markets for the Teramont will be the USA and China. At the same time, it is possible that the crossover will also appear in Kazakhstan.
