However, this summer the tasty filling station decided to surprise its gourmet visitors with another novelty, presenting a whole line of new hot dogs with original flavors from culinary regions of the world. This collection implements a completely different approach to creating and serving the product – horizontal hot dogs in a cut baguette bun, which allows expanding the range of ingredients and flavor variations.
Network customers have already had the opportunity to enjoy a similar Danish hot dog, which 2 years ago began to be sold at 45 OKKO gas stations. This is an ideal combination of a favorite sausage with aromatic onion chips, cheese and crispy pickled cucumbers in a cut baguette bun. Very quickly it became a real hit, especially among men, thereby prompting the OKKO team to further experiments. Therefore, starting from August, the popular Danish hot dog was joined by 3 new flavors – Italian, Asian and Mexican. Today, a pilot project with the full range of these novelties has been launched at one of the OKKO gas stations in Lviv. And by the end of the year, it is planned to launch 40 sales points across Ukraine.
The light and fresh Italian hot dog will surely appeal to girls. Aromatic basil, delicate feta cheese, balsamic cream sauce combined with pieces of fresh tomato make up the perfect flavor company for a classic sausage in a cut crispy baguette bun. Unlike the usual French hot dog, this novelty allows you to get not only gastronomic but also aesthetic pleasure.
Fans of spicy and piquant flavors should try the new Asian hot dog. In addition to the sausage, it includes sesame seeds, hot chili pepper, cilantro, soy sauce and spicy cucumber salsa.
Those customers who love Mexican cuisine will definitely pay attention to the hot dog of the same name, in which red beans in chili sauce, sweet juicy corn and a sauce with aromatic bell pepper harmoniously combine with the classic sausage.
